Arab Health Organization (AHO)

The Arab Student Association at the DGSOM is an inclusive space for students, residents, and faculty who identify as Arab, are interested in Arabic culture, and/or hope to serve the local and international Arab patient population. The organization is intended to connect Arabs in the DGSOM, organize community health events, provide opportunities to mentor Arabs interested in medicine, and increase awareness about important health issues affecting the Arab community. The Arab Health Organization is an inclusive space for students, residents, fellows, faculty, and staff. The organization is intended to foster an Arab healthcare community, to establish networking opportunities, and to engage in community outreach. The organization does not have any religious or political affiliations.
